Overview:
I find that Benton's Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel does EXACTLY what the description says it does: calms active breakouts and helps them heal. I'll put this on my skin whenever I feel like it needs some calming goodness and I'll instantly feel the cooling effect of the gel. Any angry, inflamed breakouts reduce in size and become less noticeable.
The gel glides over your skin easily and I've found that it absorbs very quick, leaving a matte finish. It really doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything on my face when I use this so I like to use it during the day.
Because it absorbs so quickly and dries matte, I feel like this gel would be great for any skin type who wants something to calm their irritable skin. This is definitely a product to keep in my skincare wardrobe.
