Benton's Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel Review

Benton Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel ReviewSometimes I'm horrible to my skin. I'll forget sunscreen, over exfoliate or pick at my face. The result? A red, blotchy inflamed mess and a large dose of instant regret. In these times of skin mistreatment, I find myself grabbing Benton's Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel.

Product Description: (from Memebox's site)

Troubles with irritated skin? Can’t stop pimples from invading your skin? Benton has come up with the perfect skincare gel to help your skin recover from aggravation and redness. Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel contains intensive antibacterial and healing properties that gently penetrates the skin to calm it down. Infused with premium aloe vera leaf extract and propolis, this soothing gel gives natural healing effects by deep nourishment and hydration. It also evens out complexion which makes blemishes fade over time.

COSDNA Ingredient Analysis:

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (80%), Propolis Extract (10%), Glycerin, Arginine, Allantoin, Betaine, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Cross Polymer, Zanthoxylum Piperitum Fruit Extract, Pulsatilla Koreana Extract, Usnea Barbata (Lichen) Extract

All great ingredients with NO irritants. I expect nothing less from Benton :) The two notable ingredients in this gel are the aloe and propolis which are both known for their calming and healing abilities.

I find that Benton's Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel does EXACTLY what the description says it does: calms active breakouts and helps them heal. I'll put this on my skin whenever I feel like it needs some calming goodness and I'll instantly feel the cooling effect of the gel. Any angry, inflamed breakouts reduce in size and become less noticeable.

The gel glides over your skin easily and I've found that it absorbs very quick, leaving a matte finish. It really doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything on my face when I use this so I like to use it during the day.

Because it absorbs so quickly and dries matte, I feel like this gel would be great for any skin type who wants something to calm their irritable skin. This is definitely a product to keep in my skincare wardrobe.

Woot woot 5 pandas! This product does what it says its going to do, doesn't cost and arm and a leg AND has no ingredients that could irritate skin.
